FIELD: emergency and rescue service.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means for ship-lifting and rescue operations. The lifting device for lifting sunken objects, being a mobile multifunctional set of mechanisms, which, according to the needs of the work, is mounted on a scow or self-propelled, or non-self-propelled watercraft, designed for lifting sunken objects from various depths, lifting and mounting structures and objects, including installations for underwater hydrocarbon production, containing a crane mechanism as the main power unit that provides lifting the object. Lifting of objects is carried out through the joint use of a crane mechanism, collet clamping mechanisms operating with a calculated number of load-bearing strands, based on the load capacity, to which a power and load-bearing plate are additionally attached, the latter with a rigid sealing of the ends of the strands and a universal attachment for various types of devices and load-grabbing devices, and a heaving compensator, which is an intermediate link, represented as a spring-damper system based on gas and hydraulic fluid pressure.
EFFECT: increased reliability, compactness, versatility and expansion of the operational and technical capabilities of lifting mechanisms.
