FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to solar power installations for buildings for generating electrical energy and heat. The effect is achieved by the fact that in a solar hybrid power installation for buildings containing solar radiation reflectors installed parallel to the roof surface of the building and perpendicular to the roof surface solar modules made of switched solar cells with the orientation of the working surfaces to the east and west, one-sided solar modules are installed in pairs with a gap d between them, a heat exchanger with a double-sided absorber is installed in the gap between the modules, the space between the two solar modules and the double-sided absorber with channels for pumping the coolant is filled with a layer of silicone gel, the thickness of the silicone gel layer and the double-sided absorber is commensurate with the thickness d of the gap between the solar modules.
EFFECT: increased operating time of solar modules in the morning and evening hours, the utilization factor of the installed capacity of solar devices increases.
