FIELD: road building and communal engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road building and communal engineering, in particular, to apparatuses for winter road maintenance. The snow plough is comprised of a body with a cutting knife, wherein a conical supply auger is placed, as well as a bladed rotary thrower coaxial with the auger. The snow plough has a plough blade with a cutting knife and one side wall, wherein two turns of the supply auger are located near said wall, and the rest of the screw thread thereof is located in a body installed behind the blade and rigidly connected therewith in the lower part thereof near the side wall. The plough blade is therein rotated at an angle α to the direction of movement of the snow plough. The supply auger also has a conical core with a decreasing depth of the screw channel of the auger along the axis thereof in the direction of movement of the snow, but with a constant diameter and pitch of the screw thread. The next two turns after the first two, located in the body, therein have rigid cylindrical pins located parallel to the axis of the auger, and the amount thereof depends on the diameter of the auger. The core of the auger behind the body constitutes a shaft connected with a drive whereon the bladed rotary thrower is installed.

EFFECT: provides a simplification of the design of a snow plough while ensuring efficient operation in removal of snow of various thicknesses.
