FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and applies to a method for complex therapy of mastitis in lactating cows, including intracisternal administration of an antimicrobial preparation primalact 5 ml once a day 3 to 4 times and parenteral administration of an aminosilicone preparation, wherein recombinant bovine α- and γ-interferons are additionally intramuscularly administered at a dose of 7.5 ml with a total activity of 104 TCD50/cm3 per animal on 1, 2 and 3 days of treatment simultaneously with intramuscular introduction of aminosilicone at a dose of 2.5 ml.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the effectiveness and a reduction in the duration of treatment of mastitis in lactating cows.
