SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a product in the form of an inhaler and to a method for using an inhaler. The product in the form of an inhaler contains a case passing along the longitudinal axis from the end of a mouthpiece to the far end, and a capsule cavity formed inside the case. The capsule cavity is characterized by a length passing along the longitudinal axis. An air channel of the mouthpiece passes from the capsule cavity to the end of the mouthpiece. A plug is located at the far end and passes into the capsule cavity. The plug contains an air channel passing from the far end of the plug to the inner end of the plug. The capsule is located in the capsule cavity and is characterized by a capsule length. The capsule length ranges from 25% to 99% of the cavity length, or from 50% to 95% of the cavity length, or from 70% to 90% of the cavity length, or from 75% to 85% of the cavity length, or 80% of the cavity length. Providing a piercing channel throughout the entire length of the plug allows reliable piercing of the capsule contained inside the capsule cavity.
EFFECT: integrity of the required air flow structure in the capsule cavity is maintained.
