SUBSTANCE: reinforcing element is proposed for an element of a concrete barrier wall having a deflecting profile on at least one longitudinal side. The reinforcing element essentially corresponds to a shape of the manufactured element of the concrete barrier wall, including the deflecting profile. The reinforcing element has longitudinal reinforcing rods and brackets passing across longitudinal reinforcing rods and connected to longitudinal reinforcing rods. The reinforcing element has at least one first area, this first area is made essentially in the form of a deflecting profile of the manufactured element of the concrete barrier wall. Longitudinal reinforcing rods and brackets create a two-dimensional, curved grid, and the reinforcing element is made essentially in the form of a curved surface. An element of a concrete barrier wall for a road retaining system and a method for manufacturing an element of a concrete barrier wall having a deflecting profile on at least one longitudinal side are also proposed.
