FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The wheel consists of a hub (1), spokes (2) and a rim (3). The rim has the form of a regular polygon, each side of which is made in the form of a track (4) of a U-shaped profile with two-sided borders, between which the support surface is located. All tracks of the U-shaped profile are inseparably connected to each other in a closed rim by means of jumpers protruding outside the rim. In the center of each track of the U-shaped profile, spokes are fixed, connected by the other ends to the cylindrical part of the hub. Elements are fixed on the hub for communication with the drive mechanism that ensures the rotation of the wheel.
EFFECT: pressure on the soil is reduced by decreasing the width of the wheels of the self-propelled support trolley of the sprinkler machine and reducing the power consumption of the drive.
