In the system, method and computer software product for data transmission using the multiple input multiple output communication system, the hybrid radiation diagram is formed in the partitioning architecture at level 1. The first part of a signal is processed in the first part of a physical level located in the first part of a base station. Frequency domain compression with statistical multiplexing is applied to the processed first part of the signal. The compressed first part of the signal is formed. The compressed first part of the signal and the second part of the signal are transmitted to the second part of the physical level located in the second part of the base station.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a machine-implemented method for data transmission using the multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communication system, in which different transmission bandwidth are not required for transmitting data of various types.
