FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes an interface module and a communication module. The interface module is configured to control the communication module and exchange data with external devices. The communication module is configured to power the interface module and transmit and receive data by means of the PLC technology from the power networks. The communication module comprises a USB controller for data exchange with the interface module via the USB interface. A programmable logic integrated circuit is connected to the USB controller, connected whereto are the receiving part and the transmitting part. The receiving part includes an ADC, input amplifier and filter, connected in series, wherein the receiving part is configured for connection of an additional external filter in parallel to the existing filter. The transmitting part includes a DAC, output filter and amplifier, connected in series. The transmitting part after the filter is equipped with a line output configured for connection of an external amplifier, and the programmable logic integrated circuit is configured to control an external amplifier. The receiving and transmitting parts are connected to a decoupling high-frequency transformer, the outputs whereof are configured to be connected to a power transmission line.

EFFECT: increase in the interference resistance of the received and transmitted signals, ease of maintenance and repairability.
