COATINGS WITH HIGH OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS FOR BUILDING PANELS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C09D5/03 C09D5/14 A01N41/12 A01N43/52

Abstract RU 2757380 C2

FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to dirt-repellent and microbe-resistant products that include a base, powder coating applied to the base, where powder coating may include a cross-linked polymer binder. The composition of powder coating with dirt- and oil-repellent properties includes a mixture of: polymer resin selected from polyester resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin and polyesterurethanacrylate resin, and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) in the range from 45°C to 80°C, a crosslinking agent selected from polyol compounds, compounds of polycarboxylic acids, polyisocyanate compounds and epoxifunctional compounds, and a liquid carrier, and a liquid anionic fluorine-containing surfactant having a solid content of 13%-15%, containing at least one phosphate group, having a pH value from 1 to 5 and a melting temperature in the range from 50°C to 70°C. Powder coating may include a mixture of metal borate and a sulfur-containing benzimidazole compound, where metal borate and the sulfur-containing benzimidazole compound are present at a mass ratio in the range from 75:1 to 10:1. Powder coating may include a fluorinated surfactant, and the fluorinated surfactant can be applied to powder coating in the amount ranging from about 0.01 g/m2 to about 4 g/m2. Powder coating can be formed using a liquid fluorine-containing surfactant.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining coatings with high operational characteristics for building panels.
