FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, namely to design of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The vertical take-off and landing aircraft with propellers on rotary flaps contains the fuselage, wings, tail, power supply systems, navigation, flight control, electric propeller groups with controllers. The propeller groups are mounted on flaps that can rotate along the axis of wing trailing edge both vertically upwards during takeoff / landing or hovering, allowing propellers to rotate freely to create lift, and in a horizontal position during cruise flight.
EFFECT: increase in flight qualities of the aircraft is ensured by reducing turbulence of air flows created by propeller-wing system.
