The device contains on the frame a washing drum of a bar structure, a loading chute, a bucket thrower with an unloading chute, a drive and a water trough with a mud hatch. The washing drum is located at an angle relative to the horizontal surface towards the bucket thrower. The washing drum and bucket thrower are rigidly fixed on one shaft rotating in bearings, have a common drive in the form of an electric motor and a worm gear, and a shutter is located between them.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities of the proposed device, simplification of the design while increasing the reliability and quality of operations performed, as well as an increase in productivity and a decrease in energy consumption of the process of washing roots and tuber crops.
