SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures of wings for aircrafts of subsonic and transonic speeds of flight. The aerodynamic wing airfoil for transonic speeds includes a nose with a rounded leading edge coupled with the upper part of the contour including a section streamlined at supersonic speed in the cruising mode of flight of the aircraft, and the lower part of the contour. On the section of the upper part of the contour, streamlined at supersonic speed in the cruising mode of flight of the aircraft, local protrusions or recesses of the contour, or local protrusions and recesses of the contour, are made. The height of the protrusions or the depth of the recesses ranges from 10∙10-8to 20∙10-8 of the airfoil chord. The protrusions and recesses are made at a pitch from 0.5∙10-2 to 2∙10-2 of the airfoil chord.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the aerodynamic quality.
