A remedy for the treatment of acute postpartum endometritis in cows is proposed, it includes pharmoxidin, povidone-iodine, allantoin, aloe extract, retinol palmitate (vitamin A), tocopherol acetate, renin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, propranolol, glycerin, petrolatum oil (base), with the following component ratios, wt.%: pharmoxidin - 15.0; povidone-iodine - 1.0; alantoin - 5.0; aloe extract - 2.5; retinol palmitate (vitamin A) - 15.0; tocopherol acetate-4.0; renin-10.0; trypsin-10.0; chymotrypsin-10.0; propranolol-5.0; glycerin-2.5; petrolatum oil (base) - 20.0.

EFFECT: development and creation of a new highly effective remedy for the treatment of postpartum endometritis in cows, which has a disinfecting, regenerative, antihistamine effect.
