FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control system for a dozer blade. The system contains a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic cylinder 1 of a blade drive with a standard hydraulic valve 2, an additional two-position hydraulic valve 3, power sensors 7, 8 and a logical element OR 11. The system is also equipped with a hydraulic accumulator 4, adjustable pressure reducing and safety hydraulic valves 5 and 6, respectively, and electronic adjustable comparison elements 9, 10. Sensors 7, 8 are made electric, installed on the first and last track rollers of a caterpillar cart and are connected by power lines with elements 9, 10, which the outputs are connected to the input of the element 11, which is connected by the output through the switch 12 to the control coil of the hydraulic distributor 3. The latter is made with the possibility of communicating the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder 1 with each other and with the hydraulic accumulator 4, connected by one hydraulic line through the hydraulic valve 5 with the hydraulic pump and the other hydraulic line through the hydraulic valve 6 with the hydraulic tank.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing reliability and accuracy of the control system, optimizing the pressure profile along the length of the tracks, improving traction properties and increasing productivity.
