SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, namely to a device for unwinding stalk material, and can be used for mulching row spacings with straw. In the device, the top layer of the stalk material fixed in the holder 1 of the roll 2 is divided by rotating circular knives 5 into three strips of the same width. The stripper 6 separates a thin layer of material from the roll 2, the middle strip 24 of which is fed directly to the surface of the row-spacing by a vane drum 8 and compacted by a roller 16. The extreme strips 26 and 27 move by screws 9 and 10 along the surface of the longitudinal conveyor 4 and flaps 13 and 14 in the transverse direction. The strips are dropped on the row spacing 28 and 29, where they are compacted by rollers 15 and 17. Solid discs 11 and 12, mounted on the outer ends of the augers 9 and 10, exclude excessive spread of material.

EFFECT: invention usage will provide a uniform distribution of the stalked material over the surface of the row spacing.
