FIELD: mounting devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mounting contact pins on printed circuit boards. An ultrasonic vibration concentrator with a batch piezoceramic converter are additionally introduced into the device for mounting contact pins on printed circuit boards, containing a mounting device for inserting a contact pin into a printed circuit board and a measuring device, and the measuring device is made in the form of a force sensor. Inclined grooves are made on the side surface of the concentrator. The batch piezoceramic converter is used to excite ultrasonic vibrations. A pressed electrical contact is pressed into the printed circuit board through a through metallized hole. When electric voltage of a sinusoidal shape and a resonant frequency is applied from a generator to plates of the batch piezoceramic converter, it, changing its geometric dimensions due to the reverse piezoelectric effect, excites mechanical vibrations of the concentrator and, accordingly, the electrical contact, which is pressed into the hole of the board.

EFFECT: preventing the creation of defects, when inserting (mounting) contact pins into printed circuit boards.
