FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used for water-gas treatment to enhance oil recovery with simultaneous utilization of associated gas. The installation includes a power pump on the water supply line, a gas blower on the gas supply line for supplying water and gas to the mixer and a dynamic disperser, respectively, a booster pump for supplying a water-gas mixture from a dynamic disperser to an injection well for injection into a reservoir, a container with a dosing pump and a bypass line connected to the gas supply line. The gas supply line is made in the form of a collecting gas pipeline of associated gas produced from production wells and is sequentially equipped with a pressure gauge and a flow meter with a temperature sensor, configured to transmit information to the control unit. Production wells are made with the ability to collect products from a common oil pipeline. The tank is designed to collect gas from an additional gas pipeline and compensate for the missing gas volume using a metering pump that supplies gas through the gas outlet in front of the pressure gauge and is controlled by the control unit, based on the pressure and temperature readings taken from the pressure gauge and the flow meter, which maintains the optimal volume of gas for supply to the mixer, determined by technological parameters to obtain a water-oil mixture with an optimal gas content. The mixer and the dynamic disperser are made in one housing in the form of an ejector pump equipped with an input flow meter and a pressure gauge, as well as an output pressure gauge for transmitting information to the control unit that regulates the gas supply. The bypass line is connected to the gas supply line between the pressure gauge and the flow meter and the common oil pipeline.
EFFECT: proposed installation for water-oil treatment of the reservoir allows to increase the reliability and durability of the installation due to mixing and dispersion of the water-gas mixture in the ejector pump and to increase the efficiency of the impact on the reservoir by maintaining the most effective ratio of gas in the water-gas mixture depending on the pressure and temperature of the gas.
