FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The device consists of a frame, a container, a coarse filter, a pump, a pressure regulator, a fine filter, valves, standpipes with fittings, nozzles, working bodies for mixing the working fluid with the air flow and directing it to the object being processed, a fan, a fan drive. The fan wheel, which has a cylindrical shape in the front part and the shape of a truncated cone in the rear part in the area of the inlet window with blades of a curved profile and equipped with an overrunning clutch in the hub, is installed in the combined internal space of the semi-closed casing and working bodies with the possibility of two-way exit of the wheel with blades to the left and to the right outside the casing outlet windows. Dividers are installed at the end of the exit window in the direction of wheel rotation. At the exit windows of the casing, working bodies are installed, containing the middle part in the form of sidewalls, the upper and lower parts in the form of guides, made with the possibility of transformation, where for processing tall trees of orchards up to 6 meters in height, the angle of installation is α1=70…75°, and the bottom - α2=10°, for the processing of intensive orchards with trees up to 3 meters and vineyards, the opening angle of the upper part is α1=32…36°, and the lower part - α1=32…36°, for the treatment of densely planted agricultural plants, the opening angle of the upper part is equal to α1=0°, and of the lower part - α1=0°, at the outputs of which stands-tubes with sprayers are installed.
EFFECT: invention provides versatility, high productivity, low material consumption and energy consumption.
