FIELD: lifting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment, in particular to equipment with a limited load capacity for carrying out loading and unloading operations, mainly container cargo, and can be used as a tractor loader. The mounted manipulator contains a hydraulic system for controlling power hydraulic cylinders, a base in the form of a flat triangular frame, support shoes, hinge assemblies, a main boom, a handle, power hydraulic cylinders and a fork grip. The fork grip is made with an eyelet rigidly fixed in the lower part. The mounted manipulator also contains two rocker arms of the same length, a connecting rod and an additional hydraulic cylinder. An eyelet is rigidly attached to the boom from below, which is connected to the body of the additional hydraulic cylinder by means of a cylindrical rotation hinge. The fork gripper in the upper part is connected to the handle and to one end of the first rocker arm by means of a cylindrical rotation hinge, and in the lower part of the fork gripper, the eyelet is connected to the second end of the first rocker arm and to one side of the connecting rod by means of a cylindrical rotation hinge. The additional hydraulic cylinder is connected by a rod to the other side of the connecting rod and to one end of the second rocker arm using a cylindrical rotation hinge, and the other end of the second rocker arm is attached pivotally to the boom and to the handle. The handle, connecting rod and two rocker arms in the assembly represent the form of a parallelogram mechanism.
EFFECT: ensuring the rigidity of the structure and holding the load in a given position.
