FIELD: engine technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in diesel power systems. The bifuel diesel power system contains a tank (1) of mineral fuel, a tank (2) of vegetable fuel, fuel filters (3), (4), (5), a fuel pump (6), an electric pump (7) with a check valve (8), a high-pressure fuel pump (9) complete with a centrifugal speed controller, injectors (10), fuel lines (11) and a mixer (12). The mixer (12) has two input and one output channels (13), (14) and (15). In the input channels (13), (14) of the mixer (12) there are electriс dispensers (16), (17) electrically connected via an electronic control unit (18) with a sensor (19) of the temperature of vegetable fuel and an inductive sensor (20) of the load-speed mode of the diesel. The inductive sensor (20) contains a rod, the linear movement of which is carried out with a decrease in the load by the spring of the centrifugal speed controller. With increasing the load, the linear movement of the rod is carried out by the return spring of the inductive sensor (20). The inductive sensor (20) contains a winding electrically connected to an electronic control unit (18). The system has a distributor valve (25) with a mineral fuel purification analyzer, a distributor valve (26) with a vegetable fuel purification analyzer, a device (27) for quality control of stirring the mixture, a distributor valve (28) with a mixture purification analyzer and an additional electric dispenser (29) for feeding the mixture. The distributor valve (25) with a mineral fuel purification analyzer is connected to the fuel filter inlet (3), and its outlet is connected to the inlet channel (13) of the mixer (12) and the electronic control unit (18). The mixing quality control device (27) is connected to the electronic control unit (18) and to the output channel (15) of the mixer (12), and its output is connected to the fuel filter (5). The fuel filter (5) is connected to the distributor valve (28) with the mixture purification analyzer. The outlet of the distributor valve (28) is connected to the fuel pump (6). The input of the additional electric dispenser (29) of the mixture supply is connected to the fuel pump (6), and the output is connected to the inductive sensor (20) of the diesel load-speed mode. A distributor valve (26) with a vegetable fuel purification analyzer is installed under the fuel filter (4) and above the electric pump (7).
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of determining the quality of mineral and vegetable fuels and the finished mixture itself, controlling the production of a homogeneous mixture, as well as regulating the supply of the finished mixture to the high-pressure fuel pump.
