SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of deposits of high-viscosity and bituminous oil in a heterogeneous reservoir. A method for developing a heterogeneous super-viscous oil reservoir, including drilling a steam injection horizontal well and a horizontal parallel production well located below a horizontal parallel production well in a productive formation, conducting research in drilled wells and determining the presence of low-permeable and impermeable bridges, hydrodynamic action on a bridge with the formation of a hydrodynamic connection between parallel wells, steam injection into wells with the formation of a steam chamber in the formation, injection of steam into injection wells and withdrawal of formation products from production wells. Preliminary, during well construction, by analyzing the cores, the pressure of fracture formation in the bridges and the violation of the integrity of the roof are determined, by studies, production wells are selected that cross the bridges, equipment is lowered into each selected well for selective action with cut-off at the edges of the well interval interacting with the bridging by packers. Preheating of the formation is carried out by injecting steam through the corresponding parallel injection well, the hydrodynamic action on the dam is carried out by injecting steam through the equipment for selective action with stopping the injection through the parallel injection well and at a pressure at least 5% higher than the fracturing pressure in the corresponding dam, but lower than the pressure violation of the integrity of the formation roof. After the formation of fractures in the dam sufficient to participate in the development of the formation, which is determined by the presence of a hydrodynamic connection with a parallel injection well, the equipment for selective action is removed and removed from the production well. At the same time, steam injection into the parallel injection well is started and the production well is transferred to steam injection along the entire length until a steam chamber is formed in the formation.
EFFECT: simplification of reservoir development is provided.
