FIELD: biotechnology; plant growing.

SUBSTANCE: technology for the production of a liquid combined biological product based on bacterial strains of the Bacillus genus is proposed, including separate, one-time cultivation of bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-13494 and Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum strain VKPM B-13497 with continuous aeration and stirring with a rotational speed of a mixer of 250-300 rpm in a liquid nutrient medium containing mannitol, peptone enzymatic, magnesium sulfate, potassium phosphate monosubstituted, sodium chloride and water in specified quantities that are mixed in a ratio of 60:40 to 40:60. At the same time, the medium is seeded with uterine culture in an exponential growth phase with a concentration of (2.0-3.0)·109 CFU/ml, and initial cultivation is carried out until a stable level of cell titer in bacterial suspension is established – (2.0-3.0)·109 CFU/ml. Then, half of the content is drained from each fermenter and disposed of, after that the volume of liquid in fermenters is brought to the initial level with a concentrated nutrient medium, mannitol, enzymatic peptone, magnesium sulfate, potassium phosphate monosubstituted, sodium chloride and water with an increased concentration. It is cultivated in the initial mode until the cell concentration of (5.0-10.0)·109 CFU/ml is achieved. Then, half of the content of each fermenter is drained into a storage tank, and the remaining content of fermenters is brought with concentrated nutrient medium to the initial volume, and the cultivation cycle is repeated. At the end of the cultivation cycle, the resulting content of the storage tank and fermenters is mixed together and poured into containers as a finished product for intended use.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the shelf life of the preparation up to 2 years, improve the adhesion of the preparation to processed surfaces, the uniformity of processing of hydrophobic surfaces, such as the leaf surface of a plant.
