FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for low-temperature treatment of natural gas includes separation of gas followed by cooling of the primary separation gas by gas dynamic separation (GDS) with simultaneous separation of the gas into a main flow of commercial gas and a two-phase gas-liquid flow. The pre-cooled primary separation gas is therein directed for GDS, the resulting gas-liquid flow is cooled, throttled and directed for LTS, the separated gas is directed for cooling the gas-liquid flow, compressed, cooled, and the flow of treated commercial gas is combined with the main flow of commercial gas and the hydrocarbon LTS liquid is removed from the unit after heating. The hydrocarbon primary separation liquid is supplied to the separator. The formed water and methanol solution and unstable condensate are removed from the unit, and the degassing gas is directed into the two-phase gas-liquid stream until cooling thereof. The unit including a first separator, a GDS apparatus, a second separator and connecting pipelines, additionally comprises an air cooling apparatus, a throttle valve, first and second heat exchangers, a compressor unit, and a separator.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of extraction of hydrocarbons heavier than ethane.
