FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The method consists in cultivating the soil with a tillage device made in the form of a duckfoot paw with two wings and a holder. The wings in the form of two arcuate segments with a hole at the end are pushed onto the fixed axis with the possibility of displacement relative to it and fixed from below. The other end of the axle is rigidly fixed in the front half of the flat holder, the front part of which loosens the soil, the mini-hydraulic cylinder is fixed between the rear parts of the segments. In this case, the ratio of the width to the length of the segment is 1: 4, and the thickness of the front part of the holder to its width is 1:5. Depending on the type of culture, the width of the tillage device is changed by an amount from 10 to 30 cm remotely from the tractor cab by a mini-hydraulic cylinder connected by a wireless actuator to the hydraulic system of the unit.
EFFECT: method provides improved quality of tillage and decrease of traction resistance due to remote automated change of working width.
