FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for materials grinding. A centrifugal impact mill is proposed, containing a stepped housing, each subsequent stage in which, counting along the movement of the material, is made of a larger diameter, a stepped rotor with beaters located horizontally in the housing, loading and unloading nozzles. On the last stage of the housing, a baffle plate is installed at an angle of 35-45° to the left and right relative to the center line of the discharge nozzle. The distance between the baffle plate and the shell of the body is equal to the height of the baffle elements.
EFFECT: device provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process of the material and the elimination of the breakthrough of coarse fractions into the crushed product.
