FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to protective covers of electrical connections. The described result is achieved by the fact that the protective cover protects the connection section of the connector constituting an electrical connection between an on-board sensor meant to be mounted on a component of the vehicle body, and the electrical wiring. This protective cover includes a protective section and a fastening section. The protective section covers the connection section of the connector, wherein the connector on the side of the sensor, provided on the side of the on-board sensor and continuing in the direction of continuation, is connected to the connector on the side of the wiring, provided on the side of the wiring and meant to be connected to the connector on the side of the sensor during relative movement relative to the connector on the side of the sensor in the direction of connection opposite to the direction of continuation. The fastening section is provided integral with the protective section so as to be fixed on the side of the on-board sensor.
EFFECT: increased environmental resistance.
