FIELD: hydraulic control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydraulic control system for a double-sided gear clutch of a transmission with automatic control. The system contains a hydraulic cylinder with a piston and a rod, two-position solenoid valves controlled by an electronic unit, a three-position hydraulic valve, two-position auxiliary valves and two-position auxiliary valves. A fork for moving the gear clutch is attached to the rod. The working input of each additional valve, when it is turned off, communicates with the output of the solenoid valve, and when it is turned on, with a pressure line. The working outlet of each additional valve communicates with one of the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder. An annular groove is made on the piston rod, and inlet holes are made in the cylinder body opposite the rod, communicating with the distributor, and outlet holes. The control inlet of each auxiliary valve is in communication with one of the outlets in the cylinder body, and the working inlet is in communication with the distributor. The working output of the auxiliary valve, when it is turned off, communicates the control input of the auxiliary valve with a distributor, and when turned on, with a drain.

EFFECT: reliability of control of the gear clutch of the gearbox when the vehicle is moving in emergency mode is increased.
