FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a powder system for inhalation, a nicotine powder inhaler, and a method for inhaling nicotine to the lungs. The powder system for inhalation contains: multiple nicotine powders having a particle size of 5 mcm or less and containing nicotine and leucine; and multiple aromatic particles having a particle size of 20 mcm or more and containing aromatic substance and magnesium stearate. The nicotine powder inhaler is also disclosed. The method for inhaling nicotine to the user lungs is also disclosed.
EFFECT: above-described powder system allows for obtaining a freely flowing powder system that has a stable relative particle size of each powder component even in case of mixing nicotine particles and aromatic particles, and the inhalation using the specified powder system does not require the reduction in powder particle size and is capable of delivering the powder system at values of inhalation speed or air flow rate during inhalation that do not exceed values of inhalation speed or air flow rate during inhalation in usual smoking mode.
