FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: SCOPE of application: the invention is used in geophysics and is intended for measuring the magnetic susceptibility and electrical conductivity of rocks during geophysical studies in wells. The device contains a ferroprobe, a measuring circuit of a magnetometer, magnetizing and compensating coils and other blocks. It differs in that a second magnetizing coil and a second compensating coil are additionally introduced into it, wound respectively on top of the first magnetizing and compensating coils, a second multipolar current shaper, two analog keys, a frequency divider, a bandpass filter, a phase shifter are connected to the output of the measuring circuit of the magnetometer, while the second magnetizing and compensating coils are connected in series and connected to the output of the second multipolar current shaper, the input of which in turn is connected to the frequency divider through one of the analog keys, and the first multipolar current generator is connected to another output of the frequency divider via another analog key.
EFFECT: implementation of the claimed solution is an increase in the efficiency of measuring the electrical conductivity of rocks.
