FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in constructing manipulator-type handling and timber-hauling machines. The hydraulic system of the alignment mechanism of the rotary support apparatus of the hydraulic manipulator of a timber-hauling machine comprises a control unit, a vertical sensor with a rheostatic guide, a rotary support apparatus, hydraulic cylinders of the left and right outriggers, contact sensors of the rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the outriggers with the support surface, a hydraulic tank, a pump, a filter, a three-position electromagnetic valve, two-position electromagnetic valves of the hydraulic cylinders of the outriggers, two-position electromagnetic valves of the hydraulic cylinders of the boom and the handle, as well as a control panel. When the rotary support apparatus is inclined at an angle greater than permissible from the condition of overturning the machine, an electrical signal from the rheostatic guide of the vertical sensor is directed to the two-position electromagnetic valves of the hydraulic cylinders of the boom and the handle, automatically activating the supply of working fluid into the stem cavities of the hydraulic cylinder of the boom and the hydraulic cylinder of the handle in order to reduce the reach of the boom and the handle of the hydraulic manipulator and, thereby, prevent the overturning of the timber-hauling machine in the transverse plane towards the inclination.
EFFECT: such implementation of the hydraulic system of the alignment mechanism of the rotary support apparatus of a hydraulic manipulator provides a possibility of increasing the efficiency and safety of the working process of the timber-hauling machine and expanding the technological capabilities thereof.
