FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering, to methods for conservation of boilers and pipelines of heating networks, used during preventive maintenance or complete shutdown of equipment. The method involves introducing a preservative containing sodium silicate into the steam-water tract, while the preservative is prepared in a container installed in the upper part of the boiler, the boiler is filled with make-up water by 2/3 of its volume, a preservative is introduced from the container, the preservative is mixed with the make-up water with a boiler circuit pump, after which the boiler is filled to the upper level, while the preservative additionally contains Trilon B and uranine at the following ratio of components, wt.%: sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) 0.5-2.0; Trilon B 0.5-2.0; uranine 0.1-0.2; water rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to protect the internal surfaces of boilers and heating networks during the entire period of equipment decommissioning, as well as to find possible unauthorized losses of the coolant.
