FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat transfer panel belongs to space equipment and can be used in thermal control systems of space vehicles when providing the temperature conditions of the equipment installed on artificial Earth satellites, including small space vehicles. The heat transfer panel of a space vehicle constitutes a flat sealed panel consisting of two sheaths (1) made of an aluminium alloy or a heat-conducting carbon fibre, wherein a system of heat pipes is located between said sheaths, made in the form of a lattice structure of pipes made of an aluminium alloy (3), bent into a sinusoid shape, forming mutually intersecting main and backup circuits (2) creating a closed evaporation and condensation system, wherein the free space inside the sheaths is filled with a foam composite material (4).
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of heat contact between the cooled equipment and the radiation surface of the heat transfer panel, as well as uniform heat flow distribution over the entire surface of the panel.
