FIELD: filtering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a filtration apparatus containing a filtering unit. The filtration apparatus (1) for filtering a liquid comprises a filtering unit (2) containing a support (10) configured to rotate around the axis (12) of rotation and containing segments (14) arranged over the peripheral surface of the support (10). Two first mesh elements (16) extending outward from the peripheral surface of the support (10) and approaching each other with an increase in the distance from the peripheral surface of the support (10) in the radial direction relative to the axis (12) of rotation are provided in each segment (14) from said segments (14) of the support. A second mesh element (18) is therein located in each segment (14) from said segments (14) of the support, passing substantially on the peripheral surface of the support (10). Said two first mesh elements (16) and the second mesh element (18) of each segment (14) of the support are arranged substantially in the form of a triangle. The pore size of the second mesh element (18) exceeds the pore size of the first mesh elements (16). The inlet element (8) for supplying the liquid subject to filtering to the filtering unit (2) is located radially inside the first and second mesh elements (16, 18) relative to the axis (12) of rotation of the support (10). The filtering apparatus also comprises a tank (4) for receiving the filtered liquid, at least partially surrounding the filtering unit (2) and the set of cleaning nozzles (20a, 20b), as well as a drain chute (22). At least one cleaning nozzle (20a) from said set of nozzles (20a, 20b) is therein configured to ensure cleaning of the second mesh elements (18), wherein the drain chute (22) is configured to ensure collection of the deposition removed by the cleaning nozzles (20a, 20b) and removal thereof from the filtering unit (2). Said at least one cleaning nozzle (20a) directed at the second mesh element (18) of the segment (14) of the support is located in the radial direction inside the first and second mesh elements (16, 18) relative to the axis (12) of rotation of the support (10) of the filtering unit (2).
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the filtering apparatus.
