FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely, to a sulphur-resistant pipe of the 125 kilopound/inch2 (862 MPa) strength class for petroleum boreholes. The pipe is made of steel consisting of the following chemical elements, wt.%: C: 0.20 to 0.30, Si: 0.1 to 0.5, Mn: 0.2 to 0.6, Cr: 0.30 to 0.70, Mo: 0.60 to 1.00, V: 0.10 to 0.20, Nb: 0.01 to 0.06, Ti: 0.015 to 0.035, W: 0.20 to 0.60, Al ≤ 0.1, N ≤ 0.008, the rest Fe and unavoidable impurities. The microstructure of the pipe constitutes tempered sorbite.
EFFECT: manufactured pipes exhibit high strength and resistance to hydrogen sulphide corrosion under impact of stresses.
