FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: agricultural machine with folding side articulated sections contains a seeder frame consisting of a central section and side articulated sections at each end of it. A drawbar is connected perpendicular to the central section of the frame, having a fixed part of the drawbar interacting with the central section of the frame, and another part of the drawbar – remote one – telescopic, capable of moving axially relatively to the fixed part of the drawbar. The central section of the frame and the fixed part of the drawbar rest on the undercarriage with wheels, located inside the area defined by two parts of the drawbar, and free ends of side sections of the frame rest on wheels. An inextensible brace is attached to each side section with one end, which with its other end is attached at the same distance to the telescopic part of the drawbar, forming a rhomboid deformable kinematic structure. Each side section of the frame is made with the possibility to be used in mutual angular movement relatively to the central section from a position of the frame expanded into a working position, essentially in line with the central section of the frame, to folding each side section on side parts of the drawbar, forming a transport position parallel to the drawbar. At least the central section and/or side sections of the frame have seed and/or fertilizer application devices coming out of at least one tank of the agricultural machine and transferred from the tank to the application device. In the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the central section of the frame, relatively to its connection to the fixed part of the drawbar, levers are pivotally attached on each side of it, located coplanar to the central section of the frame and having the first pivots forming the first pair of pivots. Each of levers has the corresponding second pivots forming the second pair of pivots, in each of which a hydraulic cylinder is fixed with one end, each of which is located obliquely to the corresponding side of the fixed part of the drawbar and, through the corresponding third pivots forming the third pair of pivots, is connected by its other end at the same height to the drawbar. The end of each lever, opposite to the first pivot, in turn, is connected to the corresponding side section of the frame. The length of levers is such that when the frame is unfolded in the working position, side sections of the frame are located next to ends of the central section of the frame. When the agricultural machine is unfolded in the working position, the first pair of pivots is located between the third and the second pairs of pivots. The second pair of pivots is located closer to the central section of the frame, while the connection of the lever to the side section of the frame is located further from the central section of the frame relatively to the second pair of pivots, but closer than the first pair of pivots. When folding side sections of frames, the specified levers form an arc of a circle in a size greater than the distance from the central section of the frame to the undercarriage with wheels and from the connection to the central drawbar, accommodating the telescopic movable part of the drawbar with the seeder unfolded inside the fixed part of the drawbar.
EFFECT: reduction in dimensions of the agricultural machine is ensured.
