In the preferred embodiment of the claimed solution, a system for protecting acoustic information from secret receiving by a portable device is presented, containing: a device for protecting acoustic information from secret receiving by a portable device, which includes: a shielding housing, inside of which there is at least one cell for storing a portable device, wherein the housing contains an ultrasonic interference generator, an acoustic interference generator, two ultrasonic emitters located in at least one cell for storing a portable device, two acoustic emitters located in at least one cell for storing a portable device, a power source, a shielded connector, a network communication module; a data transmission network; a remote computing device connected to a device for protecting acoustic information from being secretly received by a portable device using a data transmission network, and made with the ability to receive data on the device's performance.

EFFECT: implementation of this solution increases the effectiveness of protecting verbal information from being secretly received by a portable device.
