FIELD: radio location.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of digital processing of radar signals and can be used in a radio location station (radar) while tracking an air target (AT) of the "turbojet engine aircraft" class to form reliable identification of combined or separate effects of range and speed deception interference or absence of the effect thereof and to estimate the radial functionally related coordinates (FRC) of mutual displacement of the AT and the radar carrier under different variants of the effect of such interference. The method consists in identifying a combined or separate effect of the range and speed deception interference or the absence of effect thereof and estimating the radial functionally related range to the AT and the speed of approach of the radar carrier thereto by means of an adaptive two-stage parametric approximation (ATPA) of unknown probability densities of phase coordinates by a combination of approximating functions set a priori and approximation of the resulting estimates to the optimal values thereof by considering the nonlinearities in the dynamics of the FRC and the measurements thereof, considering the statistical dependence of the probabilities of changing the variants of the effect of deception interference on the FRC, complexing the radar information and the indicator of the variant of the effect of deception interference, considering the a priori data on changing these variants and adapting the surveillance system thereto. In the method, narrow-band Doppler filtering of the signal reflected from the target is executed using the fast Fourier transformation procedure, Doppler frequency counts associated with reflections of the signal from the airframe and impeller blades of the first stage of the low-pressure compressor of the power plant of the AT are formed, and the formed Doppler frequency counts and output indications of the indicator of the variant of the effect of deception interference are processed in a multichannel filter of combined AT tracking and the first compressor component of the signal spectrum and identification of the variant of the effect of deception interference. Said filter operates in accordance with the procedure for quasi-optimal combined filtering of phase coordinates and recognition of the state of a conditionally Markovian structure of a nonlinear stochastic dynamic system during observation without delay. At the output of the filter, estimates of the conditional probability density of the FRC are formed for a fixed variant of the effect of deception interference.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of identifying combined or separate effects of range and speed deception interference and estimating the distance to the AT and the speed of approach of the radar carrier thereto.
