FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles, as well as to agricultural machinery. The inner and outer discs are installed in the side surfaces of the automobile tire. The discs are connected to each other by jumpers evenly distributed around the perimeter of the tire tread. Ground hooks located in the grooves of the tire tread are installed on the jumpers. Under full load of the car and the recommended tire air pressure, the ground hooks are located in the grooves of the tire tread and do not go beyond it and do not contact the roadbed. The maximum pressure of the car on the tire is in the area of contact of the tire with the roadbed. When air pressure in the tires decreases, the area of contact of the tire with the roadbed increases, and therefore the friction force increases and creates a large contact area between the tire and the roadbed, while the ground hooks extend beyond the surface of the tire tread and when the wheel rotates, they alternately contact the roadbed.
EFFECT: increase in the cross-country ability of vehicles.
