FIELD: silver coating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a triple silver low-e coating with electrical conductivity and heating characteristics for use on the second or third surfaces of laminated automotive glass, and the value of the transmittance in the visible range (Tvis) ranges from 64% to 78%, outside the glass has the following coatings: - the first dielectric structure containing at least one of SixNy, SiAlNx, SiAlOxNy, SiOxNy, ZnSnOx, TiOx, TiNx, ZrNx, NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx, ZnSnOx, ZnAlOx, ZnOx; a first functional layer containing silver located on the first dielectric structure; the first locking layer containing at least one of NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx, ZnAlOx, located on the first functional layer; - a second dielectric structure (24) containing at least one of SixNy, SiAlNx, SiAlOxNy, SiOxNy, ZnSnOx, TiOx, TiNx, ZrNx, NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx, ZnSnOx, ZnAlOx, ZnOx, and located on the first locking layer; a second functional layer containing silver located on the second dielectric structure; a second barrier layer containing at least one of NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx, ZnAlOx and located on the second functional layer; - the third dielectric structure (27) containing at least one of SixNy, SiAlNx, SiAlOxNy, SiOxNx, ZnSnOx, TiOx, TiNx, ZrNx, NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx, ZnSnOx, ZnAlOx, ZnOx and located on the second barrier layer; a third functional layer containing silver located on the third dielectric structure (27); a third barrier layer containing at least one of NiCr, NiCrOx, TiOx,ZnAlOx and located on the third barrier layer; - upper dielectric structure containing at least one or more layers of SixNy, SiAlNx, SiAlOxNy, SiOx, SiOxNy, ZnSnOx, ZnAlOx, TiOx, TiNx, ZrNx and located on the third barrier layer.
EFFECT: invention provides a low-e coating that can be thermally processed and used in laminated automotive glass, which can be heated, has improved electrical conductivity, and which is combined with data display applications on the windshield in the automotive industry.
