FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering, in particular to thermal deaerators designed to remove corrosive gases from the feed water of steam generators with simultaneous heating, and can be used in schemes of power generation systems of thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and boiler houses. A thermal deaerator is proposed, including a deaerator tank with a low-pressure water distribution device installed on it in the form of a jet nozzle, fittings for heating steam supply, deaerated water removal and evaporation removal, as well as a bubbling device placed in the deaerator tank, made in the form of a steam distribution collector connected to the heating steam supply fitting and with bubbling pipes attached to it. The steam distribution manifold is additionally equipped with U-shaped pipes. The pipes are installed in the spaces between the bubbling pipes and are made in the form of a hydraulic lock in the water volume of the deaerator tank, with a perforated part in the steam volume of the deaerator tank.
EFFECT: possibility, depending on the hydraulic load of the deaerator, due to the operation of hydraulic valves, U-shaped pipes, to change the number of holes through which steam is supplied to the deaerator, and, accordingly, the throughput of the bubbling device.
