SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing organic and inorganic materials. A processing device contains a passage with a row of communicating sections. Each of sections has input and output ends, and it is located at an angle to the previous section. At the output end of each section, there is a bump wall. A means for creating pressure in material is provided. During processing, material enters the input end of the first passage section, exits the output end of the first section, interacts with the bump wall at the output end of the first section, changes a direction and enters the second section. The means for creating pressure contains a pressure chamber, a piston, a means for providing reciprocating motion of the piston, alternating pump stroke and suction stroke.

EFFECT: possibility of grinding organic materials with significant reduction in the amount of waste, and reduction in particle size when processing inorganic materials is provided.
