FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and can be widely used to solve various problems of experimental aerodynamics, in particular for experimental diagnostic measurements of gas flow parameters when assessing the stability of buildings, building structures, power lines, jib and tower cranes, etc. The device consists of a housing on the back wall of which several parallel connected fans are placed, and on the front wall there is a nozzle made in the form of shutters with the possibility of regulating the gap forming a passage of a complex shape. At the same time, a guide is located on the fixed side wall of the housing bordering the shutters, along the length of which a carriage with a bracket with sensors placed on it can move. The distance from the sensors to the nozzle is adjusted by moving the carriage along the guide. The passage of a complex shape consists of two integral parts, with the rectilinear part in contact with the front wall of the housing, and the conical part with one end adjoins the rectilinear part of the passage, and the second free end adjoins the fixed side walls of the housing from the inside, forming a sealed connection.
EFFECT: expanding the possibilities for modeling pulsating wind load, the ability to carry out diagnostic measurements of gas flow parameters, for example, during meteorological and aerodynamic studies.
