SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create artificial interference. In a device for generating a radio interference signal for blocking mobile communication subscriber terminals and wireless radio access systems each linearly varying voltage generator (LVVG), being connected to a common LVVG, generates harmonic oscillations synchronized in time with oscillations generated by the rest of the LVVGs, and differing in frequency from oscillations generated by other LVVGs, as a result of which there is an increase in the time effect of the generated interference on the useful signal by a factor of n2, where n is the number of LVVGs used to generate interference, the power spectral density of the interference signal increases by a factor of n at constant power of the transmitting elements, and the power of the interference signal decreases.
EFFECT: increased probability of guaranteed radio suppression without increase of interference signal power.
