SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for sealing partially prepared ration components (30), in which ration components (30) are placed on dishware (1) and covered with film (15). Disclosed is a method for sealing partially prepared diet components (30) for further transportation, in which components (30) are placed on utensil (1) and covered with film (15), wherein from intermediate space (16) between utensil (1), on which components (30) are located, and film (15) evacuates air so that during evacuation from 20 % to 70 % of the air is sucked from intermediate space (16), wherein the degree of air evacuation depends on components (30) to be sealed, wherein partially prepared components (30) of the ration are food products and dishes, and dishware item (1) is made in the form of a plate.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of smooth sealing, when properly arranged components of the ration retain their shape and/or taste properties due to partial evacuation of air.
