SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to perforating and blasting operations in oil and gas wells. Method of perforating-blasting operations in oil and gas wells includes lowering into the well of a cumulative perforator - a bearing structure, in which cumulative charges are installed, which are located in groups, subsequent actuation of cumulative charges and formation of perforated channels in the casing string of the well and in the rock. At that, perforated channels are grouped by creating opening sectors, including at least two perforated channels with opening sector angle α, having values from acute to obtuse angle, with formation of sector pairs of perforated channels, in which the opening sectors are directed in opposite directions at a developed angle or with an offset to form an obtuse angle relative to each other β. Sector pairs of perforated channels or sector pair of perforated channels and sector of opening are additionally shifted relative to each other at an angle ϕ to form a sector group of perforated channels.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of bottomhole formation zone opening, optimum arrangement of perforated channels for fluid inflow or for action on formation.
