FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: unit for neutralizing hydrogen sulfide in a well includes production wells combined into a cluster, wherein one of the production wells is a donor well. Flow lines of all production wells are hydraulically connected to the technological unit of the group metering unit. Donor well is equipped with an additional flow line hydraulically connected through a chute tank and a pump with a mixing device and a device for dosing the hydrogen sulfide neutralizer composition. Mixing device is hydraulically connected to annular spaces of wells subjected to hydrogen sulfide neutralization, by means of a pipeline and a fluid flow switch driven by an electric motor with a reduction gear with rotation frequency of 0.5–2 rpm. Fluid flow switch consists of a housing and a rotating rod connected to the drive shaft. Rod of the fluid flow switch is equipped with a central hole and a side channel, which are hydraulically connected to each other. Housing of the fluid flow switch is equipped with an inlet hole and outlet channels. Number of outlet channels corresponds to the number of wells subjected to hydrogen sulfide neutralization. Inlet opening of the liquid flow switch housing is hydraulically communicated with the central opening of the rod of the liquid flow switch, and from outside the inlet of the housing of the liquid flow switch is connected to the mixing device by means of a pipeline. Outlets of the housing of the liquid flow switch from the inside have the possibility of periodic hydraulic communication with the side channel of the rod of the liquid flow switch during rotation of the rod relative to the housing of the liquid flow switch, outside, fluid flow switch housing outlets are hydraulically communicated via manifolds with well annular spaces.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of the unit, higher quality of neutralization of hydrogen sulfide in wells.
