FIELD: packing and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container having a rectangular cross-section, the body of which is made by connecting two rigid components and is characterized by the design of shell walls containing reinforcing and reinforcing elements. Shell is a rectangular parallelepiped made of sheet metal, inside which there is at least one plate-shaped jumper 10 made of sheet metal with length l and width d, which mechanically connects opposite side faces of the parallelepiped. All side faces of the shell parallelepiped are formed by height 4 and width 3, 5 walls of two identical trough profiles 1 and 2 with length L. Each trough profile includes wall 4 with a height h, two latitudinal walls 3 and 5 perpendicular to wall 4, and two shelves 6 and 7 with width respectively α and β. By these shelves profiles 1 and 2 are interconnected to form the said parallelepiped. Length l of jumper 10 within process tolerance, determined by possibility of end welding of jumper 10 with flanges 6 and 7, is: l=h+α+β. At that, jumper 10 with one end is located between pair of shelves 6, and with other — between pair of shelves 7 of profiles 1 and 2 with conjugation of ends 11 and 12 of jumper 10 with corresponding ends 8 and 9 of corresponding pairwise conjugated with their planes and these ends of pairs of shelves 6 and 7 of profiles 1 and 2. In addition, ends 8 of the pair of shelves 6 of trough profiles 1 and 2 conjugated by their planes are connected by means of end welding 13 to each other along the entire length L of these profiles 1 and 2, and to end face 11 of jumper 10 over its entire width d, and ends 9 of the pair of flanges 7 of trough profiles 1 and 2 are connected by means of end welding 14 to each other along the entire length L of these profiles 1 and 2, and to end face 12 of jumper 10 along its entire width d.
EFFECT: elimination of spars from shell design at maintaining all reinforcing and strengthening effects due to the fact that mechanical connection of jumper ends with opposite faces of shell parallelepiped is performed without intermediate function of spars.
