SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to designs of aircrafts of vertical take-off and landing. Aircraft (10) with vertical take-off and landing (VTL) contains a fuselage, first and second front wings (20, 22), wherein each wing (20, 22) has a fixed front edge and rear control surface (50), which is made with the possibility of rotation around a generally horizontal rotary axis. Aircraft (10) contains first and second electric engines (60), each of which has rotors (70), wherein rotors (70) are made with the possibility of rotation together with rear control surface (50) between the first position, in which each rotor (70) has a generally vertical axis of rotation, and the second position, in which each rotor (70) has a generally horizontal axis of rotation. The aircraft also has control system (90) made with the possibility of selectively actuating first electric engine (60) and second electric engine (60) with different rotational speeds in order to generate torque to rotate control surface (50) around rotary axis (33).

EFFECT: weight reduction and increased flight range are provided.
