FIELD: civil engineering; mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of reservoir management in civil engineering and mining, and also, in particular, relates to a method for installing an anchor support to secure a roof or a wall of a mine, tunnel or other underground workings, and to an encapsulation system for use in such a method. The installation method includes inserting the encapsulation system into a hole, inserting the anchor support containing an elongated bearing element into the hole. The encapsulation system contains at least two encapsulating agents and one or more elongated cartridges containing the specified encapsulating agents. Each of the specified cartridges has a fragile shell. The specified encapsulating agents include the first encapsulating agent inserted into the hole, followed by the second encapsulating agent. The specified first encapsulating agent contains the first cured resin composition. The anchor support is inserted into the hole by pushing the specified bearing element through the specified encapsulation system towards the closed end of the hole and rotating the specified bearing element in such a way that to break the specified fragile shell of each specified cartridge and mix each of the specified encapsulating agents. Mixing of each of the specified encapsulating agents is carried out in such a way that the specified first encapsulating agent encapsulates the front section of the specified bearing element located next to the closed end of the specified hole, and the specified second encapsulating agent encapsulates the intermediate section of the specified bearing element passing between the specified front section of the specified bearing element and the rear section of the specified bearing element. The specified first resin composition is cured to fix the front section of the specified bearing element in the specified hole. After the completion of the specified installation, the specified second encapsulating agent has a lower adhesion strength and/or lower compressive strength than the specified first resin composition.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the anchor support installation.
